MAT Lighting designs and installs bespoke holiday lighting displays that turn your home into a magical nighttime experience. Every display is custom-built to fit your home’s unique features — no templates, no one-size-fits-all packages.

We use commercial-grade lighting (the same kind featured at major public displays) and focus on the areas that make the biggest impact: rooflines, entrances, driveways, walkways, and key architectural features.

Why Commercial-Grade Lights

Commercial-grade lights are built for superior brightness, durability, and a cleaner finished look — especially in Pittsburgh winter conditions (snow, wind, freezing rain). They’re also programmable and installed using modern clips designed to avoid damaging shingles or gutters.

Because every home is different, pricing is based on factors like roofline length, number of stories, roof pitch, and optional areas like walkways, driveways, and landscaping.

Minimum investment: The FAQ currently states a $2,000 minimum to light a home.
(Note: your Services page also mentions “most first-year packages begin at $1,500.” You’ll want to reconcile these sitewide so pricing is consistent.)

Installation Timing & When to Book

We typically install in November and remove lights in mid-January.
Because the installation window is limited, booking early helps secure preferred dates.

Discounts & Returning Customer Perks

  • New customers may qualify for early booking incentives (your Services page references a discount when confirmed by October 1).
  • Returning customers can receive multi-year loyalty discounts (20% in year two; higher in later years is mentioned on Services).
  • Multi-year lighting clients also receive a complimentary year of MAT Roofing’s “Redd Up Your Roof” program (as described on Services).
